S&P Home’s Design partners with trade professionals to translate vision into finely crafted masterpieces for residential, commercial and hospitality projects. We exist to support the designers shaping how people live and connect, offering bespoke upholstered furniture and window treatments delivered with exceptional craftsmanship and an uncompromising level of service.
Why we do it
We believe the spaces people inhabit shape how they feel, connect, and live. Our purpose is to elevate those spaces by honoring craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and the creative vision behind every project. We exist to empower designers to push boundaries with confidence—knowing their ideas will be executed with precision, integrity, and care. By creating pieces that are timeless, personal, and beautifully made, we aim to contribute to homes and spaces that feel intentional, enduring, and deeply human.
Where do we do it
Our workrooms, conveniently located near Miami International Airport and Palm Beach International Airport, are where vision becomes reality. Here, a team of over 10 artisans—bringing decades of combined experience—craft each piece with meticulous care. Designers are welcome to visit, host muslin fittings with their clients, and stay closely involved throughout the process, ensuring the final product reflects every detail of their vision.
Andre Vargas-Crispieri
Founder & Principal
Andre Vargas-Crispieri founded SP Homes Design after more than twelve years in consulting in New York City and Bermuda, where his career was shaped in highly competitive, execution-driven environments built on trust, accountability, and results.
In 2024, prior to launching SP Homes Design, Andre became a partner at a custom furniture company, where he was responsible for building and scaling the Florida business from inception. His role encompassed business development and the full operational build-out, from production and supply chain to client experience and financial oversight. He later sold his ownership interest to establish SP Homes Design as an independent platform defined by disciplined execution and long-term partnerships.
Andre’s global background—living and working across New York City, Bermuda, Germany, Bolivia, and the Dominican Republic—has shaped his perspective on luxury, craftsmanship, and timeless design. Fluent in English, Spanish, and German, he brings a clear, globally informed approach to every relationship.
SP Homes Design serves as a bridge between vision and execution. Andre works closely with designers and architects to translate creative concepts into delivered outcomes, overseeing the operational, technical, and experiential details that ensure consistency, transparency, and trust.
Founded alongside the arrival of his first son, SP Homes Design reflects a long-term commitment to building something meaningful—leaving behind not just furniture, but enduring relationships and a legacy rooted in integrity, quality, and pride in what is delivered.
