Solid Wood Collection

Our solid wood collection is built around a singular principle: honoring the integrity of the wood. Each table, bench, and decorative item is crafted from a single, continuous piece of Morado (Machaerium scleroxylon), a rare South American hardwood prized for its strength, density, and striking natural character. Rather than cutting around imperfections, we work with them—celebrating natural fissures, mineral streaks, tonal variation, and organic edges that give every piece its individuality and soul.

We source our wood directly from sustainably managed forests in Bolivia, working exclusively with certified suppliers. Every piece of wood is fully traceable from origin to final installation, and we hold the required certifications to import directly from Bolivia.

Morado—often referred to as Bolivian Rosewood, Pau Ferro, or Santos Rosewood—is a closely related and highly regarded hardwood, very similar to Rosewood. Its coloration ranges from deep violet and chocolate brown to warmer golden tones that evolve beautifully over time. Known for its exceptional stability and durability, it is widely used in fine furniture and musical instruments, making it an ideal material for heirloom-scale tables and benches.

Each slab is entirely unique. Grain movement, natural checking, knots, and edge contours cannot be replicated. Once a slab is selected and crafted, no identical piece will ever exist again. We collaborate closely with master artisans and woodcrafters to preserve these organic characteristics while refining proportion, structure, and finish—ensuring the final piece feels both sculptural and functional.

Our custom solid wood capabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Single-slab dining tables, conference tables, benches, and statement pieces of substantial scale

  • Hand-shaped live edges or refined straight-edge profiles

  • Custom base designs in wood, steel, or mixed materials

  • Integrated resin fills or butterfly joinery to stabilize and accentuate natural cracks

  • Custom finishes ranging from matte natural oil to low-sheen protective coatings

Every table is conceived as a one-of-a-kind work of functional art—rooted in nature, responsibly sourced, and crafted to endure for generations.
